Nachalah Healing
About
My name is Suzanne — known to some as Bella.
At the heart of my work is a grounded connection to God, which informs how I listen, how I facilitate, and how I hold space for others with care, integrity, and respect.
Nachalah Healing is a steady, supportive space where you can slow down, feel safe enough to be honest, and allow understanding to unfold in its own time.
Many people who find their way here are not looking to be fixed. They are seeking clarity — a way to make sense of something they already feel. My role is not to direct outcomes, but to support presence, discernment, and integration as healing unfolds naturally, one layer at a time.

My path into this work has been lifelong. From an early age, I felt drawn to compassion for people and animals, and to deeper questions about why we are here. Working one-to-one from a young age, I noticed that people often opened up in ways that went beyond conversation, though it took time to understand what was occurring.
In 2013, during my husband’s journey with MS, my experience with energy healing became personal and undeniable. This led me to study Reiki, and later to teach and facilitate through what became Angel Fire Reiki. In 2017, I trained in Quantum Healing Hypnosis (QHHT), facilitating many sessions and deepening my understanding of consciousness and the healing process.
In 2018, I was guided to create Qshi (Quantum Soul Healing Integration) — a framework that supports healing as it unfolds naturally and offers facilitators options beyond rigid structures. Qshi is both a way of working with clients and a teaching framework. While the course can be accessed as a structured program, my preference is to teach one-to-one or in small groups, where learning can be integrated safely and personally.
After a period of stepping back for integration and real-world experience, I returned to this work when it became clear it was the right time to do so. I now offer sessions and teaching with renewed clarity, maturity, and respect for each individual process.
Healing is not about being fixed.
It is about remembering, clarifying, and meeting yourself honestly — with support.
In Conversation
I recently came across a radio interview from earlier in my work, where I speak about QHHT, the beginnings of Qshi, and how this work was unfolding at the time. I also share some Session experiences which reminded me of how much I love this work!
