Rearrangements

I’ve learned that even the best intentions to follow through can fall flat.

Not out of obligation to oneself or another person,

but from a lack of control over the energetics we hold.

Sometimes this is interfered with by our own minds,

sabotaging development or improvement…

and sometimes it’s because we don’t yet recognize there’s an issue at all —

through exhaustion, overwhelm, or cognitive strain.

Whether through loud disruption or quiet inner suffering,

 it’s often there that the opposite begins to reveal itself.
